LongDescriptionThe focus group information presented will be useful to human hesource leaders and transportation executives in planning and implementing organizational changes by enabling them to understand factors that cause managers to fail to achieve desired change results. The article presents and discusses the 15 primary causes of managerial failure identified in the study, providing useful analysis of the issues related to the failure. The article is a very useful guide for improving the effectiveness of individual managers and the organizations they serve.
